how this works

This wellness experience is completely private. 

• You will be given a suite number to your hidden private wellness retreat
• There is no need to arrive early; your suite is prepared right on time, and it's important to arrive at your reservation start time.
•  When you arrive, a massage therapist will greet you at the door 
• If you have any balances or add ons payments it will be taken care of upon arrival.
• You will be shown all the different wellness areas in your suite; hot tubs, sip n paint area, wellness games area, yoga/meditation area, mimosa bar, charcuterie board bar, infrared sauna, and massage room.
• You will have your retreat for 3 hours to enjoy all the private amenities to yourself and/or your guests.
• If you wish to add on a massage, you can do so by contacting customer service
• The hot tubs are freshly prepared with new water between each reservation 
• When you are done with your private retreat, you simply leave. There is no checkout process
